Job Description

  • Support the Investment team which consists of 11 people

  • Manage multiple calendars

  • Coordinate travel, transportation

  • Act as liaison with IT

  • Answer, screen, redirect calls

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Greet visitors

  • Assist with various office tasks

  • Occasionally running business/personal errands

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of hedgefund experience

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Tech Savvy, profience in MS Outlook, Excel
