Job Description

  • Manage calendars, travel, conferences, speaking engagements, meetings

  • Interal and external communications

  • Liasion between CEO, CTO, internal and external parties

  • Prepare materials for meetings and presentations 

  • Conduct and prepare research, reports for projects

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of EA experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Experience in a start up/rapidly growing organization

  • Preferred experience at a technical company 

  • Ability to receive and give constructive feedback

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, good time management, practices great judgement
