Qualifications

Minimum 7 years as an HR professional in technology

Minimum 3 years of experience as HR point of contact

Minimum 2 years in a startup environment

Experience implementing equity programs, building centralized programs, delivering training programs
-
Knowledgeable of U.S. and California compliance and regulations
