Job Description

  • Oversee performance management

  • Develop framework and administration related to compensation, equity, 401k plans

  • Assist with management 

  • Design work spaces to accommodate effectiveness and growth

  • Develop training and coach employees and managers

  • Work with the Operating Team 

  • Ensure compliance across HR, employment, and regulatory matters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years as an HR professional in technology

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR point of contact

  • Minimum 2 years in a startup environment

  • Experience implementing equity programs, building centralized programs, delivering training programs

  • Knowledgeable of U.S. and California compliance and regulations
