Job Description

  • Support the Chief Accounting Officer

  • Schedule and maintain calendar

  • Travel arrangements

  • Direct phone calls and mail

  • Coordinate meetings, gatherings, and other logistics

  • Expense reports

  • Order office and marketing supplies 

  • Lead and manage special projects 

  • Attend meetings when necessary

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Executive Assistant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills
