  • Support a Managing Partner and Principal

  • Document preparation and management

  • Scheduling candidate and client interviews

  • Expense reporting 

  • Maintain consultant calendar

  • Coordinate travel itineraries for consultant, client, candidate

Qualifications:

  • Degree preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience with strong project coordination

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

  • Minimum typing speed - 60 wpm

  • Preferred proprietary database environments
