Job Description

  • Prepare production work 

  • Organize all material associated with the search 

  • Work closely with client organizations 

  • Ensure clients are properly billed 

  • Manage and maintain calendars

  • Coordinate trip schedules and make all travel and associated arrangements

  • Prepare monthly expense reports 

  • Assist with reception coverage

Qualifications

  • Preferred Bachelors degree

  • Minimum 5+ years of executive assistant experience 

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Typing speed - 60 wpm
