Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating PowerPoints, Word documents, spreadsheets, reports

  • Track and manage expenses

  • Schedule management

  • Purchase order generation

  • Manage calendars

  • Travel arrangements


  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills 

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Knowledge of social media 

  • Excellent calendaring and planning skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
