Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Provide support to two partners along with the global team

  • Organize team activities, retreats

  • Calendar management

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings

  • Schedule and manage domestic and international travel

  • Prepare monthly expense reports

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of administrative experience

  • Preferred Bachelors degree

  • Proficient in Mac, Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly adapt to new technology
