Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage daily operations 

  • Oversee various projects 

  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, correspondences

  • Conduct research, analyze, and interpret information 

  • Prepare meeting materials 

  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate various events and meetings

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting high-level executives

  • Bachelors degree rquired

  • Strong PC and/or Mac skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Gmail, and Google Docs

  • Capability to handle sensitive information

  • Team-player

  • Flexibility working outside business hours
