Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support three executives

  • Read, research, and route correspondences

  • Liaise with senior leaders, investors, external partners, and board members

  • Manager calendars and schedule meetings 

  • Edit all presentation materials

  • Prepare expense reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executive

  • Sound judgment, detail oriented, strong analytical skills, etc.
