Job Description

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to three Executives to support construction projects and manage schedules

  • Schedule meetings, conference calls, events, etc.

  • Travel coordination - flights, rentals, hotels, etc.

  • Provide HR support

  • Manage subscriptions, memberships, IT systems, phones, etc.

  • Order and maintain office supplies

Qualifications

  • Preferred 8+years of combined administrative and executive assistant experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications/Drive
