Job Description

  • This is a part time position with hours from 9 AM - 2 PM

  • Manage office, break rooms, and conference rooms

  • Distribute and handle all mail/packages

  • Greet and seat guests

  • Assist with planning events

  • Additional projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of receptionist experience

  • Proficient in MS Suite
