Job Description

  • Calendar management, travel planning and arrangement, meeting coordination

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Maintain a filing system of patent files, legal documents, board materials

  • Prepare and edit documentation

  • Compile, prepare, edit, bind and distribute materials

  • Manage office, break room, kitchen supplies

  • Order groceries, weekly lunches and cater orders

  • Preparation and distribution of mail

  • Act as liaison with building management 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience 

  • Preferred experience in a corporate or venture capital setting

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and departmental project work
