Calendar management, travel planning and arrangement, meeting coordination

Prepare expense reports

Maintain a filing system of patent files, legal documents, board materials

Prepare and edit documentation

Compile, prepare, edit, bind and distribute materials

Manage office, break room, kitchen supplies
-
Order groceries, weekly lunches and cater orders

Preparation and distribution of mail

Act as liaison with building management
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience
-
Preferred experience in a corporate or venture capital setting
-
Experience with Microsoft Suite and departmental project work
