Seek out candidates based on needs

Schedule phone screens, onsite interviews, Skype/video chats

Partner with staffing/external recruiters

Source canddiates using databases, social media
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience
-
Bachelors degree preferred
-
Preferred background in physics, computer science, physical science, engineering
-
Experience using Lever, Slack, Google Suite
-
Experience finding junior to management-level positions
-
Strong organizational skills
