  • Partner with hiring managers on technical, non-technicacl teams

  • Create and manage job descriptions

  • Post on various recruiting platforms

  • Seek out candidates based on needs

  • Schedule phone screens, onsite interviews, Skype/video chats

  • Partner with staffing/external recruiters

  • Source canddiates using databases, social media

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • Preferred background in physics, computer science, physical science, engineering

  • Experience using Lever, Slack, Google Suite

  • Experience finding junior to management-level positions

  • Strong organizational skills
