  • Collaborate with teams to build and manage HR policies and programs

  • Implement systems, process, and programs

  • Advocate for employees and act as a resource

  • Develop diversity and inclusion strategies

  • Advise leadership and management on HR projects

  • Design and implement employee processes 

  • Provide guidance for employee relations matters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience

  • Preferred experience in technology companies and HR compliance for government contractors

  • Experience coaching 

  • Fluency in compliance and labor regulations

  • Experience working with both technical and business teams

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
