Coordinate Business Continuity Planning to ensure all manuals and forms are updated
Qualifications

Degree required
-
Minimum of 5 years of support experience

Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills

Attention to detail

Ability to handle high-level consultant and prospect
