  • Answer and redirect phone calls

  • Calendar management

  • Travel coordination

  • Meeting preparation and coordination 

  • Assist in the planning of investor roadshows by tracking and organizing logistical details

  • Maintain client information int he database

  • Coordinate and send mail

  • General office tasks

  • Maintain knowledge of the regulatory changes across the client and prospect base and update colleagues on CA regulations

  • Coordinate Business Continuity Planning to ensure all manuals and forms are updated

Qualifications

  • Degree required

  • Minimum of 5 years of support experience

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to handle high-level consultant and prospect
