Job Description

  • Receive and process phone calls and emails

  • Research cases to obtain needed information to resolve inquiries

  • Develop and execute tracking reports

  • Communicate with internal departments

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints

  • Set up new customer accounts, process orders, and conduct research

  • Perform other related duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service

  • Experience with Salesforce

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word
