Job Description

Receive and process phone calls and emails

Research cases to obtain needed information to resolve inquiries

Develop and execute tracking reports

Set up new customer accounts, process orders, and conduct research

Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of customer service

Experience with Salesforce

Proficiency with Microsoft Word
