Job Description

  • Identify, prioritize, design and implement HR programs to provide solutions that will support employees and the business objectives

  • Work with management on a strategic and operational level related to business issues

  • Manage and facilitate employee relations via communication, coaching, and consultation

  • Evaluate current benefits/rewards

  • Drive recruiting process to attract top talent via outside resources

  • Work with hiring managers through recruiting cycle

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of responsible experience in HR management 

  • Bachelors degree in related field required, Masters degree preferred

  • Proficient in automated tools: MS Office Suite, HRIS, Recruiting systems (Greenhouse)

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or other life science companies

  • Knowledgeable of HR strategies, processes, policies, and laws

  • Proficient in core HR disciplines (e.g. recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.)
