Identify, prioritize, design and implement HR programs to provide solutions that will support employees and the business objectives

Work with management on a strategic and operational level related to business issues

Manage and facilitate employee relations via communication, coaching, and consultation

Evaluate current benefits/rewards

Drive recruiting process to attract top talent via outside resources

Work with hiring managers through recruiting cycle
Qualifications

15+ years of responsible experience in HR management

Bachelors degree in related field required, Masters degree preferred

Proficient in automated tools: MS Office Suite, HRIS, Recruiting systems (Greenhouse)

Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or other life science companies

Knowledgeable of HR strategies, processes, policies, and laws

Proficient in core HR disciplines (e.g. recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc.)
